Flemming and McDonald Commit to Dawson
The Dawson Buccaneers announced two more commitments to their basketball program.
Noah Fleming is a 6'0 guard from Great Falls High School. At the AA level, Fleming averaged 12.2 points, 3 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.7 steals per game. Fleming scored a season high 27 points against Missoula Hellgate on December 16th and had 25 vs. Bozeman high in a 46-43 win on January 30th.
"Noah has the ability to influence the game in different ways," explained Dawson Coach Joe Peterson. "He needs to get stronger and work on his shooting efficiency, but I know he has the right mentality to get better."
Jhett McDonald is a 6'4 wing who helped Ronan to a 17-5 overall record and an appearance at the Class A State Tournament this past year. He averaged 12.8 points while shooting 56% on two-pointers and 31% on three-pointers. He also shot 85% from the three point line.
Peterson commented, "Jhett has a good combination of size, athleticism, and shooting ability. He has a good body and athletic tools that give him an opportunity to grow into a good college basketball player."
