6’6 wing Dylan Brower signed his NJCAA National Letter of Intent to play basketball for Dawson Community College. As a Senior, Brower averaged 14 ppg, 8 rpg and 3 bpg. Brower was the captain of Syracuse High School in Utah and led his team to a 14-10 record and berth in the State Tournament where they lost to eventual state runner-up Lone Peak.
Brower talked about his decision, “I chose Dawson because they can help me become a better basketball player, student and person. They really fit with what I want in a school and team which is a loving community, and a brotherhood on and off the court.”
DCC Coach Joe Peterson expressed his excitement at the recent signing, “Dylan has good size and can play multiple positions. He is a good spot-up shooter with range and can also take it to the basket. Defensively he can guard inside and out, he always plays hard and uses his length to block shots and help out on the glass. I think he will fit in very well with the system we have and the players around him.”
Brower is the 5th signing of this year’s recruiting class for Coach Peterson.
